Security as well as homeowners will be approaching pool visitors to ensure visitors have both forms of access. If you are unable to produce both, you will be asked to leave.
Please protect your investment by helping to keep the pool area clean and well maintained. Please call security or the local police if you witness acts of vandalism. Notify Mary Chaira of the event (date and time of any occurrence) as we now have surveillance cameras and can review these acts for use in prosecution.
You will still need to keep the old gate key as this remains to open the bathroom door.
You must be current on the monthly dues as well as have no outstanding violations.

POOL RULES:
*Under 18 need parental supervision.
No lifeguard on duty.
*Must have a pool key along with pool key fob to enter the pool area.
*Key fob $10.00 *Do not let anyone in the pool unless they are with you.
*Owners that are not current on HOA dues or have open violations are not
allowed to use the pool. Amenities are to be used by current and good standing owners.
*Do not allow the life ring, net or hook to be used as toys. These are not to
be used unless emergency.
*No glass or smoking in the pool area. No Street clothes in the pool.
*No Water Balloons in pool area, this is damaging to equipment.
*BBQ’s and food permitted, however notice must be sent to the management office in advance.
*Please clean up your mess, if this is not done a fee will be
charged. If having a party please haul out your own trash.
*Gate must remain closed at ALL times. No propping open.
Pets not permitted in pool area.
*No climbing on the gate or fence.
*Guest should be accompanied by a resident at all times.
*Do your part to keep bathroom clean, report vandalism to the manager.
*Vandalism as well as violators of the rules are subject to suspension of pool
use. First time will be a suspension of two weeks thereafter will be
remaining of the swim season. Vandalism will not be tolerated.
*Pool Hours are 6:oo a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
*The pool is not heated therefore the pool is closed for use from October to May.
POOL IS CLOSED
FOR THE WINTER AS OF 9/19/20. Keep an eye out for reopening in Spring
